It is super snowy in the 'Wa right now. So snowy that it was difficult coming home on Monday from DC because the planes had all been stuck overnight in TO from the same storm system that hit the 'Wa, and a day later the Maritimes.
So, it's officially winter and a few days til Xmas. Woohoo. Certainly looks Xmasy out. I am done shopping except for food treats. Woohoo!
DC was fun. I went to a Capitals Hockey game. They played Buffalo. The Caps lost because they suck. Really. They could barely skate and could hardly make a proper pass. Two players fell every period from tripping on their own skates. For shame!
I ate lots of Korean food. Super yum! And I baked gingerbread using vegan shortening. I think it make the cookies a bit puffy. Boo!
I cut my hair to my shoulders before I left, and began going blonde. Woohoo! Super fun!
That's all for now. Maybe I will photograph my baking in the next few days.
