Okay, Ottawa has begun the summer sweats this past weekend. Right now we are looking at the end of three days of being around the 29-30 degrees celcius mark, and with the humidex we are looking at over 30 (around 38 yesterday). Throw in some thundershowers, and summer is officially here in the 'Wa. I even got a sunburn (a wee one) Sunday when I was goofin' around Wakefield, Quebec with my Dad and Grandma. It was nice. We went to the bakery (got some famous raisin buns - mmmm mmmm good), strolled around, saw the steam train, and had a delicious brunch at Pot Au Feu (where we looked out over the lake).

But, I think one of the biggest highlights of the weekend was watching the first episode of Little Britain Season 2 (fresh out on DVD here this week). It's a hilarious comedy show from the UK featuring a wonderful bunch of actors in various character sketches. It's a great way to learn about Britain, and the people of Britain. People like him.
Or maybe, erm, it (?). For more loverly information about the show, check outthis great site for more info on the series.Laters!
