It's the Month of Xmas

Yes, I realized that it's officially December. Xmas countdown continues: 21 (ish) days 'til Xmas!! You always know it's Xmas when the lights on Parl go on. Woohoo!

I am going to the first part of the season tonight. I am bringing the first gingerbread people of the season with me as a gift to the hostess. I should have made them with coloured icing but I didn't think of it until I was walking past a bakery in the Market this morn'. Ah, well, next batch, I guess.

Not much new this week. Went shopping for the first time in a while (ah, I missed you retail therapy). Went to the lingerie store on Sussex, called BraChic, for the first time. Expensive, but worth every penny. Girls, I will totally give you a lesson a the benefit of buying bras here. Seriously, changed my life (or, well, parts of it!). Oh, and my Xmas cards are being written as I blog. Can't wait to see y'all at Xmas!! You've got to let me know where we would like to lunch ladies.

Okay, enough blabbing for now. Gotta pick a 'casually festive' outfit to wear tonight that can go out in -11 degree weather.
Brrrrr, good thing we gots some wine for when we arrive!
